Audit request privacy notice
Virelantic is operated by Justin Fuchs, operating individually under the Virelantic brand, from Utah, United States, initially serving U.S. customers. We use audit request details to review service fit, respond about scope and next steps, and manage the enquiry. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
What is collected
Your name, business, email, website, goal, optional note, acknowledgement, form and privacy versions, and submission time. We may save bounded source, medium, campaign and referral codes supplied with the page link. Website queries and fragments are removed. Please do not submit sensitive information, passwords or payment details.
Protection and providers
Vercel hosts the site and operational request logs. Neon stores the restricted enquiry database and recovery copies. Gmail handles support correspondence. Authorized operators review requests. Short-lived keyed network and email fingerprints limit abuse; raw network addresses are not saved in the intake table, although infrastructure providers process network information in request logs.
Stripe handles separately agreed hosted invoice payments. Virelantic keeps necessary billing references and business records, not full payment-card numbers. These providers process information under their own service terms and notices.
Customer work
If you become a customer, we also use the scope, authorization, service evidence, report, approvals and billing references needed to deliver the agreed work, provide support, resolve concerns and meet record-keeping requirements. Access is limited to the operator and providers needed for those purposes. Before confidential material is processed by any additional AI or account provider, its identity, permitted data and approval steps must be agreed in the scope.
Retention and follow-up
Enquiry copies expire after 90 days and are excluded from the review queue after expiry. Daily cleanup removes expired copies. An accepted enquiry becomes a separate lead or client record; its retention and required record-keeping period are confirmed in the service scope. Support correspondence, billing records and hosting logs have separate retention needs; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion date for those records. Recovery copies can retain information until their scheduled expiry; recovery use is restricted and relevant deletions must be reapplied after restoration.
We do not sell enquiry details or use this form to enroll you in a campaign. No automated receipt email is sent; an operator reviews the private queue and follows up.
Cookies and tracking
The enquiry form adds no advertising or optional analytics. Operator sign-in uses authentication and session data. Hosting services process request information needed to operate and protect the site.
Questions or a request to withdraw
Contact justy0889@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw an enquiry. We may verify identity before sharing or changing personal information. Requests are subject to applicable rights and legitimate record-keeping duties. To question a response, reply to the same address requesting review. Rights and remedies under applicable law remain available.
